Qualifications & experience

  • Relevant tertiary university qualifications.
  • Preferably 3+ years of pharmaceutical experience in a successful business development role, ideally B2B.
  • Strong business development with direct sales skills and lead generation experience.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical and systems skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient with ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines.


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying opportunities and seeking out new customers (B2B), identifying new growth opportunities with existing customers.
  • Achieving sales growth targets and building Neo Health (OTC)’s profile in the market.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships, to drive and exceed targets to contribute to the success Neo Health (OTC).
  • Designing and implementing executable business plans and strategies, to drive rapid uptake with new and existing customers and successfully grow the business.
  • Conducting regular business plan and sales reviews, including market share analysis, and adjusting plans and strategies accordingly to ensure success.
  • Providing market intelligence, including identifying trends and customer needs.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enable effective teamwork and contribute to the success of Neo Health (OTC).
  • Representing Neo Health (OTC) at state and national industry events.
